Hello, Internet!!

I'm starting a new blog!

The Democrats have, as of this moment, seemingly won both the House and Senate!

Now all we need to do is solve the problems of the war in Iraq, international terrorism, and economic inequity!!

And can we do it before the 08 Presidential campaign gets into full swing?

(At some level, I'm convinced that the election results are just some sort of Republican trick. "We'll get them in office, and then we'll start bashing them for not getting us out of Iraq." Bush's next big surprise? Deciding that Gore really did win Florida in 2000 and leaving office just in time for the Republicans to run a campaign blaming the Democrats for not pulling us out of all these holes in 07.)

Not that I'm all about politics or anything.
